Developer Steven Samuels wants to build two large buildings in the Fenway, filings with the Boston Redevelopment Authority indicate. The buildings — reportedly 15 stories each — would involve three existing parcels: 1325-1341 Boylston St., 89-90 Van Ness St. and 132 Brookline Ave. One building would sit on 1.9 acres and include 130,000 square feet of residential space, 225,000 square feet of office space and 200,000 of retail space. The second would sit on 0.3 acres and include 150,000 square feet of residential space and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
