The first piece choreographed by BalletRox dancer Janelle Gilchrist is grounded in classical music from the 1800s. The dancers push the limits of classical ballet and endurance while dancing to traditional ballet music of Wieniawski, Chopin, and Paganini.

Rox Riffs
The second set of pieces are excerpts from Ben’s Trumpet and other pieces choreographed by BalletRox artistic director Tony Williams. Exploring themes on relationships between different couples these pieces are set to music from the 30s and 40s. They use movements from popular dances from those time periods with a ballet twist, with music by Debussy, among others.
